It's hard to use any database file in the mobile phones directly. I am developing mobile app that helps you to use (sql, accdb, accdr, mdb) in the phone and I want to complete it quickly but I don't have the time to work on it. Thanks for your hard work. If you know some python i have something that might be useful for you. I have some file like 10gb (db) which is sqlite i suppose. And it has some telegram bot with it that's wrote in python. I local hosted the bot and it worked perfectly so you should be able to use the same material.
