Issues with Payments

Troubleshooting Payment Issues If you encounter any payment issues, please contact an Admin. You can find methods to contact an Admin here. Do not contact Moderators for help with payments as they don't have the access needed to assist you. Please note that it sometimes may take over an hour for a transaction to confirm. Even if the order page says that it's expired, but you sent money to the address that was listed try waiting a little longer. If it doesn't apply after an hour of being confirmed on the blockchain then contact us. Please also note that we do not accept any other methods of payment. We only accept cryptocurrency. We cannot and will never accept PayPal.
