For most citizens it's not dangerous or a threat to our security (except you can't lie to your cousins about your salary and other stuff), but it's still dangerous and the governments since 2003 should took care before the disaster happes

Well, you have to reverse the question.
Is that leakage that Iraqi people got it is good?
Nobody can say it's, 45 million people information, including the ethical hackers (who care a lot about safety) between the hands of all people.

The first leaks were due to weak information security in the country, network security, and poor protection of state websites
Secondly, this affects the citizens because the citizen's information is leaked, which means that the citizen is not dependent
