If you haven't heard, recently the conflict between the two South American countries, Guyana and Venezuela, is about to go to war over the Essiquibo region of Guyana. Every time there is a war between two countries, there are always hackers ready to declare cyber warfare on one of the countries, so will the Guyanese-Venezuelan border conflict have some hackers from both parties? State your opinions below!

Shit hole countries with shit hole security will have hacks happen across various corporations, and government agencies regardless of whether there's a war or not. And usually from outside parties looking to take advantage.
