MacBook Pro - bypass system PIN? - rapt0r - 11-27-2023

I have a recent MacBook Pro which has been locked using some remote management software so that it requires a system PIN to be entered to boot or log in. I was hoping to find some way to bypass this PIN. Open to physically removing the SSD/NVMe chip from the motherboard (although I would prefer not to, since this is a risky procedure). I think the PIN is managed by firmware or the bootloader. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

at which step the pin is required ? is it's before boot or after?
do you have a screenshot?

This SO question has screenshots and explains more of the context. Mine looks the same.

I can boot the OS and get to the login screen, but then it prompts for the system PIN before allowing any user to log in. When I try booting into the recovery mode / safe mode, it prompts for the PIN before mounting the main SSD.

seems like an MDM look honestly, i don't think removing SSD will resolve that either.
